Ovo su zaista predivni božićni keksići, svi koji su ih probali oduševljeni su njima. Koliko su lijepi izgledom, toliko su i ukusni, a i vrlo su praktični zato što se mogu dugo držati u limenoj kutiji. Ma, baš pravi božićni keksići!
BAKINI BOŽIĆNI KEKSIĆI: Prekrasni i Preukusni Kolačići kojima su Svi Oduševljeni
Sastojci:
- 200 g glatkog brašna
- 200 g omekšalog maslaca
- 150 g šećera
- 1 jaje
- 2 žumanjka
- 2 vanilin šećera
- 2-3 žlice ruma
- 170 g mljevenih badema (za tijesto)
- prstohvat soli
- 2 bjelanjka (za premaz)
- 100 g mljevenih badema (za uvaljavanje)
- Za dekoraciju: 100 g čokolade za kuhanje, 40 g maslaca
Napomena: Mljevene bademe možete zamijeniti orasima ili lješnjacima. Upotrijebite ono što više volite ili imate pri ruci.
Detaljna Priprema:
- Miješanje: Omekšali maslac, jaje i žumanjke izmiksajte pjenasto.
- Dodavanje Sastojaka: Dodajte šećer, vanilin šećer, koricu od limuna i 170 g mljevenih badema te sve dobro sjedinite.
- Tijesto: Na kraju polagano dodajte prosijano brašno i rum. Miješajte dok se sve dobro ne sjedini. Ostavite tijesto u hladnjaku na sat vremena.
- Oblikovanje: Od tijesta pravite male kuglice veličine rafaela. Ako se smjesa jako lijepi za ruke, dodajte još malo mljevenih badema.
- Uvaljavanje: Svaku kuglicu uvaljate lagano u bjelanjak pa zatim u 100 g mljevenih badema.
- Pečenje: Slažemo ih na lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Na svakoj kuglici lagano napravite rupicu. Stavite peći u pećnicu prethodno zagrijanu na $180\text{ °C}$ i pecite cca 15 minuta.
- Dekoracija: Nakon što izvadite keksiće iz pećnice i ohladite ih, na pari otopite čokoladu, dodajte maslac i dobro promiješajte. Žličicom ili vrećicom u svaku rupicu istisnite malo čokolade. Ostavite da se čokolada stisne.
